The 2016 vintage at Flint’s vineyard saw the most rewarding crop harvested in the vineyards for nearly a decade. An exceptionally warm and mild summer saw the bigger than average crop ready for harvest in early March.
All the work put in by Matt and staff was finally rewarded, with a high quality, high yield crop that was harvested and in the tanks by the 4th of April.
Back to basics, Matt used some of the old as well as some new pruning techniques, along with a good dose of fertiliser and water to produce this splendid crop.
