Pruning is well underway and should be completed by the end of August. Once again Matthew has opted to engage the process of bud dissection in the vineyards to study and test for fruitfulness, which assists in the number of buds left for next season’s growth.
The vineyards have already been sprayed under vine with herbicide, and are currently being swept and mulched, producing a clean and neat result.
